  • • Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate and timely information. We are not liable for delays or errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect data.

  • • Billing & Payment: All invoices are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment is due as agreed. Late payments may incur fees or service delays.

  • • Refund Policy: Once services have started, all payments are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be considered only if written notice is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of service.

  • • Confidentiality & Data Protection: All information is handled in accordance with U.S. and EU data protection laws, including GDPR. We do not sell or share your data without consent.

  • • Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
